PRODUCTION CENTER

AMC designs, manufactures and supplies a large range of metal construction products to the building industry. We have four main workshops in our Dongguan production center, including: Sheet Metal Fabrication workshop, Aluminium Extrusion Machining workshop, Curtain Wall Assembly workshop and Coating workshop.

Our Sheet Metal Fabrication workshop occupies an area of 200,000 square feet, employing digitally-controlled machinery such as hydraulic shear, CNC punch press, press brake and hydraulic bending roller which specializes in the fabrication of aluminium, steel and stainless steel cladding products.

For curtain wall and window wall units, the products are fabricated and assembled in our neighboring workshop which occupies an area of 400,000 square feet. The workshop is equipped with advance precision equipment such as CNC machining center, tenoning machine, sawing machine and sealant filling machine.

Our adjacent coating workshop occupies an area of 200,000 square feet, is equipped with two chemical pretreatment lines and two automatic electrostatic coating lines: horizontal liquid paint line and horizontal powder coating paint line.
