Dusts on coating surface are removed by air ionizing blowers. |

Electrostatic spray applied polyurethane top coat with dry film thickness 25-30 microns. |

Coated parts are thermal cured with metal surface temperature 60 - 120 for 15-30 minutes. If coated parts cannot be baked (e.g. low softening point materials, over-size metal parts), they can be air-dried at room temperature by adding air-dry activator into the polyurethane top coat ( 2 component system) |
